Close-on-Time Guarantee
At Bryant Financial we understand the importance of your closing date. We are people first, and we know that there is a lot of preparation and expense involved in the purchase and selling of a home. With this in mind, we take great pride in offering the industry's only "Close-on-Time" guarantee!!
Our Guarantee: If for any reason Bryant Financial Group is the reason that your file does not close by the intended closing date we will Rebate both the buyer and the seller equally through a closing rebate of $250.00 for each effected party (jointly).
Buyer rebate check, this rebate can be used to buy down points, apply towards closing cost, or be issued in the form of a check to cover any unplanned expenses caused by the delays- this is our way of showing our commitment to the Buyer.
Seller rebate check, the rebate can be credited towards any seller related closing fee's, or be issued in the form of a check to cover any unplanned expenses caused by the delays- this is our way of showing our commitment to the Seller.
Realtor rebate checks. Special rebate offers for Listing and Buyer representatives available. This is our way of showing our commitment to the Realtors.
Note: Our close-on-time guarantee covers underwriter approved Loans only. It excludes any delays caused by a third party vendor such as Title Company, Appraiser, Surveyor or any non-Lender related company. All rebate checks will be issued 3 business days after the official funding date. Any and all rebate checks will be payable to the parties listed in the executed contract, and are nontransferable without approval.
